Ve vrtu nebo v kolektoru je zapu\u0161t\u011bna plastov\u00e1 trubka a oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 nemrznouc\u00ed m\u00e9dium po pr\u016fchodu podzemn\u00edm vrtem vstupuje do prvn\u00edho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku. Plyn je n\u00e1sledn\u011b kompresorem stla\u010den, t\u00edm se zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1, a ve druh\u00e9m v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku se toto teplo p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 topn\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu (vod\u011b). Celkov\u00fd topn\u00fd v\u00fdkon se pohybuje kolem 7 kW a cena tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla p\u0159esahuje 130 tis\u00edc korun. Vzduch\/voda V\u00fdparn\u00edk tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla j\u00edm\u00e1 teplo z okoln\u00edho venkovn\u00edho vzduchu. V podstat\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o princip klimatizace, tedy s relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fdmi n\u00e1klady na instalaci. Syst\u00e9m vzduch \u2013 voda je v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b soustavou, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edan\u00e9 teplo j\u00edm\u00e1 do vody v tzv. Hydroboxu, a tou se vyt\u00e1p\u00ed teplovodn\u00e9 rozvody, nap\u0159. radi\u00e1tory. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je rychl\u00e1, levn\u00e1 a snadn\u00e1 instalace, nev\u00fdhodou n\u00edzk\u00fd v\u00fdkon, kter\u00fd prim\u00e1rn\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na teplot\u011b venkovn\u00edho vzduchu. Tragick\u00e9 to v\u0161ak nen\u00ed, tato tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla pracuj\u00ed v rentabiln\u00edm provozu do \u2013 15 stup\u0148\u016f, teprve p\u0159i v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch mrazech se do \u010dinnosti uv\u00e1d\u00ed pomocn\u00fd elektrokotel. Tento zp\u016fsob vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed teplovodnou soustavou (radi\u00e1tory) je dnes nejekonomi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla Zl\u00edn p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed investici zhruba 180 tis\u00edc korun pro v\u00fdkon 7 kW.  Voda\/voda Jsou k n\u011bmu zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dv\u011b studny, z jedn\u00e9 proud\u00ed voda do v\u00fdparn\u00edku a z n\u011bj se voda p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u00ed do druh\u00e9 studny. Jedna studna slou\u017e\u00ed tedy jako od\u010derp\u00e1vac\u00ed zdroj, druh\u00e1 jako zdroj vsakovac\u00ed. Nev\u00fdhodou je rychl\u00e9 vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed vodn\u00edho zdroje a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nutnost m\u00edt na pozemku dva nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 zdroje vody, z tohoto d\u016fvodu se u n\u00e1s tento princip v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1. Vzduch\/vzduch V podstat\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o klimatizaci, kter\u00e1 v zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch pracuje reverzn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. Je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed jako zdroj p\u0159it\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed v obytn\u00fdch m\u00edstnostech v m\u00e9n\u011b chladn\u00fdch obdob\u00edch (podzim a jaro).
