Ct\u011bn\u00e9 byly \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 svou silnou postavou demonstrovaly, \u017ee si j\u00eddlo mohou dovolit. Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 jsou v\u0161ak v\u0161echny! Dnes bychom se ale pro vzr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00edru obezity a s n\u00ed spojen\u00fdmi civiliza\u010dn\u00edmi chorobami m\u011bli zab\u00fdvat zdrav\u00edm.  Zdrav\u00ed lze dos\u00e1hnout pouze p\u0159i dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Zasahuje tedy do t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch oblast\u00ed \u2013 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, fyzick\u00e1 aktivita a psychick\u00e9 vyp\u011bt\u00ed. Proto\u017ee dnes se cel\u00e1 ekonomika zam\u011b\u0159uje na produkci, v\u0161echno je v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m pohybu. Na pracovn\u00edky to m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt d\u016fsledek v podob\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho stresu. Psychick\u00fd stav ovliv\u0148uje t\u011blo na bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 \u00farovni natolik, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee br\u00e1nit v jak\u00e9koli snaze o redukci v\u00e1hy.  Vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek Stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka naprosto individu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Nejen \u017ee m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd jin\u00e9 chut\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd jinak nastartovanou proteosynt\u00e9zu a reakce na bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 a molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00farovni. Existuje tedy mnoho zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak se stravovat. Jednou z cest je takzvan\u00e1 cyklick\u00e1 ketogenn\u00ed dieta, kter\u00e1 je vhodn\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed si p\u0159ej\u00ed zbavit se tuku. Mus\u00edme ale dodat tak\u00e9 fyzick\u00fd pohyb, kter\u00fd sna\u017een\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b pozvedne na dal\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148. Vyplav\u00ed se endorfiny, tedy hormony \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, co\u017e zlep\u0161uje psychiku a na t\u00e9to cest\u011b tak lze efektivn\u011b podporovat s\u00e1m sebe.
